Chetan is the Asia Pacific Business Leader for Watson Business Unit. Prior to his current role, he was the SaaS leader for ASEAN and also led the strategy for Cloud business in ASEAN. Chetan has led cross functional teams and delivered various customer experience and business initiatives. He has worked in both MNC's and start-ups across geographies in various roles. Chetan holds a MS degree from The University of Arizona, USA and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

Dharanibalan Gurunathan (Dharani), has over 25 years of IT industry experience and has worked in providing technology solutions in the Manufacturing, Telecom, Banking & Insurance industry verticals. He has been with IBM for the past 20 years and played various roles technical and sales and business management and leadership roles.   He has moved to Singapore from India five years back. He now heads sales for Hybrid Cloud Service for Asia Pacific as part of IBM Global Technology Services.   His mission includes enabling customers successfully undertake cloud transformation projects and accelerate their journey to cloud based digital transformation.   He is an eminent public speaker, participant and panelist in various industry forums such as CIOL, IBA, IDG, TV18 Seminars, et. al. Flik leads the developer ecosystem for ASEAN, improve IBM's recognition and relevancy in the ecosystem, and accelerate ASEAN's activation of developers through technology enablement workshops, meetups, hackathons and use case demonstrations.   Prior to his current role, he is the technical architect within the IBM GBS team, working on a number of projects within the banking industry, specifically around Blockchain and Data Science. Outside of IBM, he gets his hands dirty in learning how to fix and maintain light vehicles as part of his part time studies in Automotive Technology.   Flik is also an IBM Certified Data Scientist at Advanced level for IBM Cloud, and is constantly updating himself to be a thought leader in numerous forwarding technologies.

Gerard is the Server Tech Sales Leader for IBM Asia Pacific region with more than 16 years of experience in technical sales. He has strong technical sales background in IBM POWER AIX, IBM POWER Linux and IBM i. He has deep experience in multiple emerging domains including artificial intelligence, cloud, analytics, virtualisation and system availability. Gerard is an IBM Certified IT specialist at Expert level for Cloud and POWER systems.

Kalyan Madala is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IBM Singapore and CTO for IBM Software & Solutions for ASEAN. Kalyan thrives on building and leading high-performance teams focused on applying disruptive technologies that bring innovation to organizations. He currently leads a team of IBM technical professionals, consisting of senior architects and technical specialists, who help clients across ASEAN to conceive, design, develop and deploy cognitive systems that amplify human and machine cognition using open standards. Kalyan has worked with clients ranging from start-ups in the payment space in Singapore to global rollouts for MNCs across 6 continents! He has amassed extensive experience and honed deep skills in building open technology enabled capabilities that transform businesses and organizations. Kalyan is a seasoned Solution designer specializing in Integration, Analytics and Digital Channels, he has been recognized as a certified Thought Leader in the Architect Profession at IBM and is an Open Group certified Distinguished IT Architect.

Kitman Cheung is the Analytics CTO for IBM Asia Pacific. Throughout his 17 year career with IBM, Kitman has focused his attention on analytics related technologies, and has served in many technical roles within development, product management, partner ecosystem and technical pre-sales organizations.   In his current role, his responsibilities include working with key IBM customers in various industry segments to transform their information infrastructure for the Big Data and Analytics era.

Leo da Silva is IBM Cloud Advisory Practice leader in Singapore and also a Senior Cloud Architect with an extensive knowledge in the design and architecture realms specially around security, infrastructure automation and DevOps capabilities. He has been involved with designing and implementation of cloud solutions, using a variety of cloud native/friendly technologies, increasing speed-to-deliver and business value through technology deliverables. Great experience in project management and services deployment on companies of various sizes and complex environments.

Raymond Moy is a Consultant for Global Technology Services, IBM Malaysia. Using IBM’s expansive technology support capabilities, his role is to provide wall to wall support solutions to keep clients' IT "Always On" while they progress their innovation journey. He has had a versatile 16 year IBM career spanning roles as Account Manager, Sales Manager & Regional Industry Leader. Prior to IBM, he spent numerous years on SAP ERP sales and consulting.

Scott Seong-Jun Byun recently joined IBM Service ASEAN to developing/managing the Software Defined Infrastructure Services tailored to Hybrid & Multi-Cloud and Digital Transformation market needs based on 22 years IBM sales experience. He is currently the Executive of the Network Services Business Unit, leading remarkable business growth and strategies for the Software Defined Network/WAN market. Before joining IBM ASEAN, he led IBM Korea Enterprise Infrastructure Services managing a large and strategic services sales Unit. This business unit was significant of the IBM Korea ITS business, which manages servers, storage, network, mobility and even data center build business. Aside, from the 22 years of amassed experience, Scott also has deep technical knowledge including IT Infra Integration, Data Center Build-up, Network Integration, Software Defined Environment(System, Storage, Network, WAN, Security), High Availability & Virtualization, Mobile Related, Internet of Things, Cloud and Analytics.

Prashant is a senior executive at IBM with experience spanning IBM Research, IBM Global Services and IBM Global Markets, across multiple geographies. He currently runs technology for IBM's Asia Pacific region, comprising the five IBM markets of India-South Asia, Australia-New Zealand, Singapore, ASEAN and Korea. Prashant joined IBM in 2001 as a Research Scientist at IBM’s Thomas J. Watson Research Center in New York, after completing his PhD in Computer Science from State University of New York, Stony Brook. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in 1996. In 2007 Prashant accepted an international assignment to IBM India to lead strategic deals in the region, ultimately moving to the India business in 2008. Prashant served in multiple roles in IBM India including large deals, Watson and Cloud, and CTO for IBM India. In August 2018, Prashant took on the role of CTO for IBM's Asia Pacific region. Prashant volunteers at Pacific Rim Robotics - his wife's company - to teach robotics and AI to children. He has nanodegrees in Deep Learning, Autonomous Driving and BioInformatics.
