IBM Calgary CIO Breakfast Series

On behalf of the IBM Calgary team, you are invited to IBM’s monthly CIO Breakfast Series the morning of March 27, 2013 at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary.

At this event, we will explore how a workplace performance management strategy can save your organization costs and maximize resource utilization. Organizations will typically spend tens of millions of dollars annually on real estate projects for new construction, renovations, and facility moves. Statistics show that more than half of these real estate projects are over-budget and 84% finish behind schedule.

These issues cost organizations millions of dollars of excess project expense, and in many industries, also result in lost revenue opportunities due to delayed openings of stores or other revenue-related projects.

Join Mark Read, Solution Executive, IBM Enterprise Asset Management team who will explain how a workplace performance management strategy aligns project targets with broader business objectives, analyzes project performance vs. target, and identifies specific actions to address areas which are out-of-tolerance or under-performing.
