Optimisation Forum for Financial Services

You are invited to attend a one day Proof of Technology session for IBM Smarter Commerce solution for Retailers at IBM Hursley, on 27th February 2013.

This session will give participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the solution in the form of guided exercise.

Please find the agenda below, however the following areas will be covered on the day:

✓ Introduction to Smarter Commerce
✓ Introduction to the WeSphere Commerce platform
✓ Introduction to MultiChannel Order Management
✓ Introduction to Enterprise Marketing Management

We intend this session to enable attendees to recognise the value of the customer-centric experience within the Smarter Commerce solution. We will demonstrate how sellers can foster active participation and interactive dialogues with customers and how high performance processes and productivity tools are designed for convenience and ease of doing business, from customer acquisition through to fulfilling subsequent orders in a true multi-channel environment.

The format of the day will be a mix of presentation, demo and hands on, allowing attendees to try some of the capabilities for themselves. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and understand how implanting a Smarter Commerce solution has helped other customers drive their business.

We hope you can join us on the day!
