Cryptographic Service Providers (CSPs) are service provider modules which perform cryptographic operations including encryption, decryption, digital signing, key pair generation, random number generation, message digest, and key exchange. Besides the traditional cryptographic functions, CSPs may provide other vendor-specific services.
