This information supports z/OS (5694-A01). The Open Cryptographic Services Facility (OCSF) is a derivative of the IBM Keyworks technology which is an implementation of the Common Data Security Architecture (CDSA) for applications running in the UNIX Services environment.

Purpose of this information

This information provides an overview of the OCSF for ISVs who develop their own operating systems or other security products either as complete applications or as service providers to extensible platforms.
