Overview

You can order education models of the ThinkPad (R) T43 and T43p notebooks through the special bid program.

Special bid includes:

Three-year limited warranty (parts and labor); one-year limited warranty for battery.
IBM on-site repair (IOR), 9 hours a day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and next-business-day (NBD) response objective. For on-site labor, IBM will attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem remotely before sending a technician.

This machine type is available to qualified customers only through the special bid process.

The IBM Special Bids group or LE Direct will work with IBM representatives on this offering.
