Overview
Effective April 30, 2019, IBM® will withdraw support for the following program licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

While there is no direct replacement product, IBM MQ Low Latency Messaging customers should review the information for Confinity Low Latency Messaging on the Confinity Solutions website as a suitable alternative offering.
In a change to the announced software lifecycle policy, there will be no extended support available from IBM for the withdrawn product, IBM MQ Low Latency Messaging.
It is recommended that clients currently using MQ Low Latency Messaging should consider moving to Confinity Low Latency Messaging, the follow-on product. Existing users of MQ Low Latency Messaging should contact Confinity Solutions to understand the best way to move entitlements and deployments, as well as the potential for any longer term support for MQ Low Latency Messaging directly from Confinity Solutions.

Program withdrawal
The IBM program specified in this announcement will be withdrawn from marketing. IBM will accept orders for this program no later than three days prior to the effective date of withdrawal. Normal marketing activities and educational support will not be available unless previous agreement exists between the customer and IBM.
Customers having this program installed or on order will continue to receive program support in accordance with the applicable IBM agreement.
