IBM® Regulatory Compliance Analytics, powered by Watson™, is an integrated solution that enables organizations to effectively manage and enhance their regulatory compliance framework. Regulatory Compliance Analytics has the ability to consume and host regulatory data, and it delivers a cognitive-based option to identify and classify regulatory obligations (citations).

With this release, organizations can take advantage of IBM Cognitive technology. Organizations can now parse a regulation and identify potential obligations that need to be mapped to controls for regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Compliance Analytics enables financial services organizations to enhance their regulatory compliance governance processes to increase shareholder confidence while increasing transparency, agility, competitiveness, and reducing the cost of compliance. Regulatory Compliance Analytics capabilities:

  • Enables organizations to effectively manage and enhance their regulatory compliance framework.
  • Uses the consumption and hosting regulatory data.
  • Delivers a cognitive-based option to identify and classify regulatory obligations (citations).
  • Hosts a robust framework to proactively assess and manage regulatory requirements, and provides insight into regulatory exposures across multiple jurisdictions, sectors, and regulators. 

Regulatory Compliance Analytics, powered by Watson, now enables organizations to take advantage of IBM Cognitive technology. Organizations can now parse a regulation and identify potential obligations that need to be mapped to controls for regulatory compliance. This enhancement can help financial services institutions effectively track, manage, and monitor their regulatory compliance efforts.

Instance is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. An Instance is access to a specific configuration of the IBM SaaS. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained for each Instance of the IBM SaaS made available to access and use during the measurement period specified in client's Proof of Entitlement (PoE) or Transaction Document.


Page

Page is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. A Page is a collection of content contained on one side of a sheet of paper when printed, whether produced in physical or digital format. Content that comes from a web page must be converted to PDF file format to determine page count. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover the total number of Pages processed by or managed by the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in client's PoE or Transaction Document.
