IBM Architecture Room Live is a web-based modeling tool that provides simplified Unified Modeling Language (sUML) with a minimal user interface and optimized drawing surface. With Architecture Room Live, work between teams is performed live and saving is not required, providing an efficient design collaboration environment that is purpose-built for development and design teams. This new design solution is as simple to use as a whiteboard but allows for real-time, multiuser, and cross-site collaboration.

  • Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Edition 64-bit
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition 64-bit
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition 64-bit
  • Windows 10 64-bit
  • Windows 7 64-bit

The Architecture Room Live web application is optimized for the following versions of three web browsers.

  • Chrome version 67.0.3396.99, or later
  • Firefox version 57, or later
  • Safari

Screen resolution

The display of Architecture Room Live on your monitor depends on the monitor, screen resolution, and browser zoom settings. The recommended screen resolution for a sharp quality display is 1920 x 1080 pixels. If your screen resolution is not in accordance with the required specification, during log in, you will be prompted to check your resolution. If your screen resolution is low, you can adjust the zoom level of your browser by using the Crtl and + keys or Crtl and - keys accordingly.
