Tab navigation

The Windows Media Player controls should appear directly below, and you should hear sound within 15-30 seconds. Note: in some cases you may have to press play.

Your browser is currently not configured to support the emebedded Windows Media Player. Please <a href="/webcasts/help/downloads.shtml#players">download</a> the Windows Media Player, ensure you are using a <a href="/webcasts/help/sysrequirements.shtml#browserreq">supported browser</a> and ensure you meet the minimum <a href="/webcasts/help/sysrequirements.shtml">system requirements</a>. <br /> <br /> Alternatively, you may want to <a href="test_real.shtml">test your RealPlayer</a>.

It works:

If you can hear the test message, your Windows Media Player is properly installed and configured.

If you can see the player controls, but hear no audio:

  1. Check the volume slider on the player.
  2. Check the volume level in Control Panel > Sounds and Multimedia.
  3. Check your sound card and speaker connections.
  4. Try pressing the play button. (You may need to press it twice)
  5. For other issues, including a Windows Media Player that appears "grayed out", consult the IBM Webcasts Windows Media Player troubleshooting page.

If no player appears (or other errors):

Please download the Windows Media Player, ensure you are using a supported browser and ensure you meet the minimum system requirements.

Alternatively, you may want to test your RealPlayer.
