Given a fixed length table with a group of elements that OCCURS n TIMES. The table elements are populated with keys in ASCENDING order from item 1 to the last one loaded, but the table is not full. Nothing has been done to prime the unused key slots in the table. When doing a SEARCH ALL trying to match keys near the end of the loaded keys, you do not always get the expected match even though the matching key is definitely loaded in the table.
