The Update Mail Template tool in NDERPws.ntf installs Alloy elements into the mail template. In release 1.0.1 Alloy compiles the mail template after the merge completes. Depending on server traffic, the time to complete the merge process could take six to ten minutes. Wait for the dialog box to appear at the end of the merge, which informs you that the merge has completed.

If you are previewing an Alloy document, open the document, and try to delete the open document, you receive an "Illegal Delete" error message. The document is flagged for deletion and upon exiting your mail file or hitting F9 to refresh the view, you are asked if you want to delete the document that is in your Trash folder. You are not restricted from deleting the document due to the previous error.

In addition, the following Alloy document cannot be archived in this release: - Errors - Drafts - Cancelled requests Calendar entry archiving is based on the end date of the approved Leave or Trip. For workflow documents other than Leave approvals, any document that is archived after 30 days from its creation date is removed from the user's mail data
