You can now use negative ETC (Estimate to complete) value entries for assigned charge code levels if the estimation amount is also negative. After installing Rational Portfolio Manager 7.1.1.2 interim fix 003, all the estimate and ETC values that do not comply with the new business rules are modified accordingly by the migration script.
