CVT TS7510 HBA port 6 should NOT be BIOS enabled

If a CVT engine in an HA configuration has Port 6 BIOS enabled and Port 4 is failed during a boot sequence, it can lead to the Engine mounting the OTHER partner's root drive as its own.
