This includes, but is not limited to, the Windows Client, ODWEK CGI/Servlet/Java APIs, CICS, etc. Please ensure the clients used to access your Content Manager OnDemand server are at currently supported levels. The Content Manager OnDemand 8.5 Server will only accept adminstration requests from the Windows Administrator or ARSXML at the 8.5, 9.0, and 9.5 level. Content Manager OnDemand 8.5 Clients (Windows, ODWEK, etc) will only work against an 8.4 or later server. The Content Manager OnDemand 8.5 ARSXML will only work against an 8.5 Server The Content Manager OnDemand 8.5 Windows Administrator will work against any V8.4.1 server, but nothing earlier. It does not support a migration server or Report Distribution with the 8.4 Server. Note: When upgrading the Content Manager OnDemand Server to the current version, you will need to upgrade any Object Servers and any servers used for remotely loading data to the same version as well. You will also need to upgrade the Windows Administrator Client to the same level or higher as the Server. Before Installing to OnDemand 8.5.0.0, you should backup your database and make sure you have a copy of the currently installed version of OnDemand. You should backup your configuration files too. The Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms 8.5 installation now uses InstallAnywhere. This installation will remove any previous InstallShield install before installing Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms 8.5. Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms Server now requires the installation of the 64bit IBM Global Security Kit Version 8. Please see the section below for each platform for more information about how to install this component. Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms on Windows is now a 64bit application. The installation will take care of migrating your current OnDemand instance definitions. Also, the Windows installer will install the IBM Global Security Kit Version 8. 1.2) 8.5.0.2 Upgrade Steps - The PM37940 hot fix is deprecated with this fix pack - Configuration changes needed for database codepage support - A new ars.cfg parameter, ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE, is now required. When upgrading OnDemand for MP V8.5 from a pre-V8.5 OnDemand for MP instance, this MUST be set to the codepage the pre-V8.5 OnDemand server was running in. Failure to set it will prevent the OnDemand server from starting. SETTING IT INCORRECTLY WILL RESULT IN DATA CORRUPTION. Example failure to start message which will be sent to the console: DB Error: STARTUP -- SQLSTATE=1. ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE is not defined in ars.cfg. Run arsdb -u -I to determine setting of ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE, SQLCODE=0, File=arssrvr.c, Line=7892 - Steps to set the value of ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE - UNIX Servers Run arsdb -u without ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE in the ars.cfg for information on the proper setting for ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE. An example of running the arsdb -u -I command without ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE in the ars.cfg is: arsdb: Unable to initialize environment. The return code is -1. If this is a new (created in 8.5) instance, then define ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE=819 in ars.cfg. Otherwise, if this is an existing instance (created prior to 8.5), then define ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE=923 in ars.cfg. Once set, ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE must never change. Edit the ars.cfg file and add the ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE parameter set to the appropriate value determined by the arsdb command. - Windows Server Run arsdb.exe -u -I for information on the proper setting for ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE. An example of running the arsdb.exe -I -u command, where OD_INSTANCE is the OnDemand Instance name, without ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE set is: arsdb: Unable to initialize environment. The return code is -1. If this is a new (created in 8.5) instance, then define ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE with a value of 1208 in the registry. Otherwise, if this is an existing instance (created prior to 8.5), then define ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE with a value of 5348 in the registry. The registry setting should be placed in the following section HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM \OnDemand for Windows\@SRV@_)\CFG. Once set, ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE must never change. IMPORTANT: This README contains information about modifying the registry. Before you modify the registry, make sure to back it up and make sure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs. For information about how to back up, restore, and edit the registry, read the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 256986 Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256986/EN-US/ ) Use the regedit.exe command to update the Windows Registry Key specified in the output of the arsdb command and add the ARS_ORIGINAL_CODEPAGE string value set to the appropriate value determined by the arsdb command. 1.3) 8.5.0.3 Upgrade Steps - The indexes have changed for the ARSUSRGRP, ARSLOAD, ARSNODE, and ARSAPP tables. Customers should run the arsdb commands to drop and recreate the indexes for these tables Drop the indexes: arsdb -I -efv Create the indexes: arsdb -I -rv Then you will need to update the statistics on all the OnDemand System tables For DB2 and SQL Server: arsdb -I -mv For Oracle: arsdb -I -sv 1.4) 8.5.0.4 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.5) 8.5.0.5 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.6) 8.5.0.6 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.7) 8.5.0.7 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.8) 8.5.0.8 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.9) 8.5.0.9 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.10) 8.5.0.10 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps 1.10) 8.5.0.11 Upgrade Steps - See previous upgrade steps -------------end of Installation Notes----------------------------------------- 2) Server Change History ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.1) Notes ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.1.1) Enhancements Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Provides for the secure transmission between any Content Manager OnDemand Client and the server. This addresses the issue of customers treating their internal network as unsecure. This is configurable at the server level to support either Non-SSL, SSL, or both connections. This leverages the standard IBM package for SSL called the IBM Global Security Kit. The IBM Global Security Kit is required to be installed on all platforms. An SSL certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA) or a self-signed certificate is required in order to use SSL. LDAP Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Support Content Manager OnDemand now allows for secure transmission between the OD Server and the LDAP Server. See the documentation for more details. FIPS Support Previously the user password was stored with DES encryption. Now we can store the user password with AES 128 CBC encryption. Passwords in the Storage Node (TSM passwords) are also stored with AES 128 CBC encryption. Unicode Content Manager OnDemand has always been enabled to support Unicode, however in this release all the OnDemand Clients and Servers do all processing in UTF-16. Previously, only the communication between the client and server was done in UTF-16 This eliminates issues when dealing with multiple codepages. It is now recommended to use a UTF-8 database for full Unicode support with Content Manager OnDemand. The arsdb command no longer uses the ARS_LANGUAGE value to create the OnDemand database. It will default to whatever the underlying database does. This allows for better performance because we have less codepage conversions between the client and server. DECFLOAT A new data type to support a decimal floating-point value for an IEEE 754r number with a decimal point has been added(DB2 Only). Precision of both 16 and 34 digits. In the past, customers used DECIMAL in Content Manager OnDemand. However, floating point numbers are based on base 2 and therefore possible rounding errors could occur. The DECFLOAT number is based on base 10 and has no rounding errors. Trace Improved for better performance when it is enabled. Trace no longer generates textual output. The output is now in a binary format and requires the use of the arstfmt command to format the output in either text or xml. Trace parameters to all server commands have changes as follows: -1 Fully-qualified trace file name -2 Trace level number (-3 parameter is no longer used) The values are additive for the amount of trace. (Default: 3) 1: Errors 2: Warnings 4: Info 8: Flow You can also use name=value pairs separated by commas to define the trace level. arscmd -1 trace.out -2 ALL=15,SOCK=3,LOAD=3 Multiple TSM Server Support You can now use multiple TSM servers from the same OD Object Server. Windows Server now supports UNC names for file paths. This includes support for domain ids (with period character). Command Enhancements ARSSOCKD Will auto detect subsystem failures (i.e. DB2) and then close down appropriately. Supports PDF Server-based text search when defined as USERDEF and mime-type of PDF is defined Messages for starting/stopping AIX server no longer runs as multiple processes. The server is now multi-threaded and consistent with all other Content Manager OnDemand platforms. The User login Message will now include additional information about the client connection. This will include SSL/non-SSL, platform, command, and version information. Login: somemachine.ibm.com 9.99.999.999 SSL (Windows) (CLIENT GUI) (8.5.0.0) ARSLOAD Support for multiple language formats for month names and dates. Issues a warning message for the following conditions: When using old compression types instead of OD77. If trying to store any non-large object document greater than 50MB. If loading to an application group that does not have a storage set defined. Will allow the specification of only an application name (assumes no duplicate application names) ARSMAINT Now supports specifying multiple application groups ARSTBLSP A new option to create a new table/tablespace if none are currently open. Does not require userid/passwd - must be run as instance owner. ARSJESD Updated to match AFP Download Plus ARSDOC Added load ID support for ERM and CFS-OD. Added errno return codes to file I/O error messages. Added Annotation retrieval support when retrieving all documents in a load. Added the ability to create a hit list using an SQL query if the hit list can't be created using an index file. Added a sequence numbers option for files named with index values. ARSXML The arsxml command is now a native application and no longer requires use of Java or Xerces jar files. The command line invocation is the same as the original command. Added new object support for server system parameters. Added a Schema validation command. arsxml validate [options] -d Directory for the input XML File -i Input XML File (required) Better performance, error reporting, and less server communication. PDF Indexer The PDF Indexer libraries have been upgraded from V7 32bit to V7 64bit. The performance of the new libraries is comparable to the old ones. PDF resource collection will now allow the collection of PDF Form Objects in addition to Fonts and Images. PDF Indexer now supports Metadata indexing The PDF Indexer will use Metadata within the PDF document to create indexes. The entire document will be indexed as one group. The names of the metadata fields will be used as the index names. Metadata indexing cannot be combined with regular trigger indexing. TRIGGER, FIELD and INDEX parameters are not used. If TRIGGER, FIELD or INDEX parameters are specified, they are ignored. To invoke, specify the parameter INDEXMODE=METADATA. Report Distribution Supports the Generic transform interface. See the White Paper "IBM Content Manager OnDemand Report Distribution Facility and the Generic Transform Interface" for more details. Now allows creating banner pages in Asian languages. See the "Report Distribution Reference" for more details. ARSRPT - Enhanced Reporting Utility The enhanced reporting command produces a report for a selectable 24-hour period. The report may be output in two file formats, XML or Text summary. The report covers Logins, Load, and Query/Retrieve operations within the OnDemand system. Designed to help customers plan system activities, illuminate peak usage, and watch for usage irregularities. For more information on ARSRPT, see the White Paper "ARSRPT – Content Manager OnDemand Enhanced Reporting Utility" ARSSUPPORT Updated to support 64bit Windows. Added 64bit Server and 32bit Client registry information. 2.1.2) Platform changes OnDemand Web Administrator (ODWA) had been deprecated. The last supported version will be in the 8.4.1 maintanence stream. As such, Content Manager OnDemand no longer has a WAS requirement. The Content Manager OnDemand for Windows Server is now 64bit only. Content Manager OnDemand for HPUX/PA-RISC is not supported. The last supported version will be in the 8.4.1 maintanence stream. Starting with Content Manager OnDemand 8.5, HPUX is supported on the Itanium platform. It is always recommended to recompile the Content Manager OnDemand Server User exits on a new release. There is no impact to ACIF exits. The old Generic Index file format used prior to Content Manager OnDemand 8.3 is no longer supported. 2.1.3) Separately Priced Feature Enablement In order to use any OnDemand Separately Priced Feature, you must now install the appropriate feature. The install images for Enhanced Retention Management, PDF Indexer, and the Report Distribution Facility are available through passport advantage. You can now run the Report Distribution Feature remotely (on any supported platform) against any OnDemand for MP Server. 2.1.4) Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms 8.5.0.2 or later now supports Oracle 11g R2 2.1.4.1) AIX, Solaris, and HP-UX See the Tech Note 1496629 IBM Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms 8.5.0.2 changes to support Oracle 11g R2 on Unix platforms. 2.1.4.2) Linux Oracle does not support the use of static OCI libraries built with older versions of the Oracle OCI or GCC. OnDemand has had to change to using the shared OCI Client library in order to support Oracle on Linux platforms. To use the Oracle OCI Client shared library, a link named libclntsh.so.11.1 must be created in the /opt/ondemand/lib64 or /usr/lib64 that points to the Oracle OCI shared library. ln -s ${ORACLE_HOME}/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1 /opt/ondemand/lib64 ln -s /opt/ondemand/lib64/libclntsh.so.11.1 \ /opt/ondemand/lib64/libclntsh.so See the Tech Note 1496629 IBM Content Manager OnDemand for Multiplatforms 8.5.0.2 changes to support Oracle 11g R2 on Unix platforms. 2.1.4.3) Windows Windows is not effected. 2.1.5) Support for more than 32 Application Group Fields 2.1.6) Starting in 8.5.0.7, the return code from ArsXML has been changed 0 -- success 1 -- warning 2 -- syntax error 3 -- error 4 -- unrecoverable error Previously, the return codes were 0 (false) and 1 (true), with 1 issued on errors 2.2) APARs 2.2.8.5.0.0) Release (8.5.0.0) PM15655 - The native installs using SMIT, swinstall, pkgadd, or RPM are no longer supported - Pre-reqs - 400MB of free space in /tmp and 400MB in /usr. - To install from the command line - odaix.bin -i console - To uninstall from the command line - /usr/lpp/ars/_uninst850/uninstallod -i console - Please read the Installation Documentation online at: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/cmod/v8r5m0/index.jsp for further information - Installing the IBM Global Security Kit Version 8 The GSKit install media must be accessible to the installation programs. Although the SMIT program can access the install media via a read-only device (such as a CD-ROM), the recommended method is to copy the GSKit media to the local file system first. A good place for this is /var/spool/pkg or alternatively /tmp/gsk8. The AIX packages are distributed in a compressed tar file. To gain access to the software packages that will be recognized by native install tools you first need to uncompress them. This can be achieved as follows: zcat gskcrypt64-8.0.13.4.aix.ppc.tar.Z | tar -xvf - zcat gskssl64-8.0.13.4.aix.ppc.tar.Z | tar -xvf - This will decompress the RTE install packages for AIX. The following installation instructions assume that you have decompressed the installation packages and are working with them directly. Installing with SMIT GUI tool Do the following: 1. From the command line, run inutoc in the directory containing the GSKit packages. This creates a table of contents needed by SMIT. /usr/sbin/inutoc /tmp/gsk8 2. Invoke the SMIT application by entering smit on the command line. 3. Choose "Software Installation & Maintenance". 4. Then choose "Install Software". 5. Select "Install and Update Software by Package Name". 6. On the device/directory window specify the directory that contains the installable software. 7. Select packages GSKit8.gskcrypt64.ppc.rte and GSKit8.gskssl64.ppc.rte from the Multi-select List. 8. Select the file sets of the software package to install. 9. Mark the options appropriate to your installation requirements from the options window. Note: Set the "install all prereqs" options to "yes" 10. Confirm to complete the installation. Installing with installp command line tool To install GSKit 8 for PPC64 systems using the installp command the following chain of commands would need to be executed: 1. inutoc /tmp/gsk8 2. installp -acgqw -d /tmp/gsk8 GSKit8.gskcrypt64.ppc.rte \ GSKit8.gskssl64.ppc.rte See the installp man page for more information about the command line switches. Removing Packages with SMIT GUI tool Do the following: 1. Invoke SMIT, by entering smit on the command line. 2. From the menu, choose the "Software Installation and Maintenance". 3. Then select "Software Maintenance and Utilities". 4. From the Maintenance window select "Remove Installed Software" to open the "Remove Software Product" dialogue window. 5. Enter the name of the installed GSKit SSL software package (e.g. GSKit8.gskssl64.ppc.rte). 6. Turn the flag for "REMOVE dependent software?" to "YES" to instruct the system to automatically remove the GSKit Crypt software package. 7. Confirm the procedure to complete the removal of the software package. Removing Packages with installp command line tool Use installp to remove all of the GSKit packages. To remove GSKit 8 for PPC64 with the installp command: installp -u -g -V2 GSKit8.gskssl64.ppc.rte \ GSKit8.gskcrypt64.ppc.rte 2.3.8.5.0.1) Release (8.5.0.1) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 APARs: PM24970 - PDF libs have unnecessary dependency on X11 - Updated PDF libraries from Data Logics 2.3.8.5.0.2) Release (8.5.0.2) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.3) Release (8.5.0.3) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.4) Release (8.5.0.4) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.5) Release (8.5.0.5) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.6) Release (8.5.0.6) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.7) Release (8.5.0.7) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 APARs: PM81071 - PDF docs not retrieved if ARSSOCKD started in "/" on AIX 2.3.8.5.0.8) Release (8.5.0.8) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.9) Release (8.5.0.9) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.10) Release (8.5.0.10) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.3.8.5.0.11) Release (8.5.0.11) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 -------------end of AIX Server------------------------------------------------- 2.4) HP-UX Itanium Server 2.4.8.5.0.0) Release (8.5.0.0) - Pre-reqs - HP-UX V11i v3 or later - Database - DB2 9.5 or later - Oracle 11g or later - Support for Oracle does not include support of the Oracle Exadata Platform - Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition 5.5 or later - Installation - Unix installs are now packaged with Install Anywhere. The last installed package to require a specific permission sets this expectation for all subsequent installs that do not specify an exact required permission. This can create problems if the system administrator changes the directory permissions of system directories outside of the install database as they will be inconsistent with the installers expected state. Although GSKit does not require specific permissions for these directories the installer may, during the install, require that the permissions be changed to the state that it expects. This behavior is by design and it is expected that system administrators of Sun systems are aware of this behavior and should keep the actual permissions of the system directories consistent with the expected state in the installer database. For interactive install the user will be prompted for the action to take. For silent install the standard GSKit install will fail. There are two known workarounds for this issue for the silent install. Sun system administrators may likely know of more. 1. Use an admin file (as documented by the pkgadd install tool) with the following setting added or changed to: conflict=nochange This will leave the conflicting directory permission attributes unchanged. 2. Use an admin file (as documented by the pkgadd install tool) with the following setting added or changed to: conflict=nocheck This will change the directory attributes to agree with the install database. This is considered the most appropriate option. Note: By default Solaris sets a 9 character limit on the package instance names. As such there is a discrepancy between the naming conventions used in the GSKit package files and the system package instance name. This was necessary to accommodate the character restrictions. The table below show the relation ship between the package name (pkgname), and the package instance name (pkginst). Package Name Package Instance Name gskcrypt64-.sun..tar.Z gsk8cry64 gskssl64-.sun..tar.Z gsk8ssl64 In a temporary directory, uncompress and untar each of the compressed packages using the following command: zcat gskcrypt64-8.0.13.4.sun.sparc.tar.Z | tar -xvf - zcat gskssl64-8.0.13.4.sun.sparc.tar.Z | tar -xvf - For GSKit Crypt 64-bit gsk8cry64 would be the decompressed file. The following installation instructions assume that you have decompressed the installation packages and are working with them directly. Installing with admintool GUI tool. Do the following: 1. Start the admintool application by entering admintool at the command prompt. 2. Select Software from the Browse pull-down menu. 3. From the Edit menu choose Add to add the software package to the system. 4. Depending on the Software Location chosen, enter the directory or CD Path or Mount Point that contains the installable package. 5. List the instances: From the displayed list of package instances, identify GSKit Crypt (gsk8cry64) 6. Repeat steps 3-5 however this time add GSKit SSL (gsk8ssl64). Installing with pkgadd command line tool To install GSKit 8 with pkgadd the following commands need to be run: 1. Run the pkgadd command to install each GSKit component as needed: pkgadd [-G] -d /var/spool/pkg gsk8cry64 pkgadd [-G] -d /var/spool/pkg gsk8ssl64 Use the -G option to install GSKit to the current zone only. 2. Run pkgchk to check the accuracy of the installed package. pkgchk gsk8ssl64 Removing Packages using admintool GUI tool 1. Start the GUI application by entering 'admintool' on the command prompt. 2. From the Browse pull-down menu select Software. 3. Mark the package to delete. 4. Select Delete from the Edit menu on the Admintool:Software main window. From the window displayed, confirm to execute the package remove operation. Removing Packages using pkgrm command line tool The procedure to remove a previously installed or partially installed GSKit package is given below. The dependencies are checked before any package is removed. If a dependency exists, the action taken is defined in the admin file. 1. Run the pkgrm command to remove each package as needed To remove installation completely from a system using pkgrm you need to run: pkgrm The default mode of the command is interactive, meaning that prompt messages allow you to confirm the actions being taken. A non-interactive mode can be requested with the -n option. However, the command will exit if there is a need for interaction. If you require a completely non-interactive installation to take place, you will need to create an admin file and use option -a. See the pkgrm man page for more information. 2.5.8.5.0.1) Release (8.5.0.1) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.2) Release (8.5.0.2) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.3) Release (8.5.0.3) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.4) Release (8.5.0.4) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.5) Release (8.5.0.5) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.6) Release (8.5.0.6) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.7) Release (8.5.0.7) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.8) Release (8.5.0.8) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.9) Release (8.5.0.9) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.10) Release (8.5.0.10) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.5.8.5.0.11) Release (8.5.0.11) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 --------------end of Solaris Server-------------------------------------------- 2.6) Windows Server 2.6.8.5.0.0) Release (8.5.0.0) - Pre-reqs - Windows 2008 R2 64bit or later - Database - DB2 9.5 or later - Oracle 11g or later - Support for Oracle does not include support of the Oracle Exadata Platform - Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or later - Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition 5.5 or later - Installation - Pre-reqs - 800MB of free space on C:\ - To install from the command line - odwin.exe - To uninstall use Add/Remove Programs - Please read the Installation Documentation online at: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/cmod/v8r5m0/ for further information - Installing the IBM Global Security Kit Version 8 The GSKit Crypt and SSL components are installed automatically. 2.6.8.5.0.1) Release (8.5.0.1) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.2) Release (8.5.0.2) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.3) Release (8.5.0.3) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.4) Release (8.5.0.4) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 APARs: PM48739 - Defaulted values for added columns cause uninitialized memory to be read - Corrected handling of null values in DB2 2.6.8.5.0.5) Release (8.5.0.5) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.6) Release (8.5.0.6) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.7) Release (8.5.0.7) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.8) Release (8.5.0.8) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.9) Release (8.5.0.9) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.10) Release (8.5.0.10) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 2.6.8.5.0.11) Release (8.5.0.11) - Pre-reqs - Previous install of Content Manager OnDemand V8.5 -------------end of Windows Server--------------------------------------------- 2.7) Linux 2.7.8.5.0.0) Release (8.5.0.0) - Pre-reqs - Linux RedHat (RHEL) 5 Update 0 or later - Linux SUSE (SLES) 10 or later - (2.6.16 kernel, Glibc 2.4-31) - Database - DB2 9.5 or later - Oracle 11g or later - Support for Oracle does not include support of the Oracle Exadata Platform - Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition 5.5 or later - Installation - Unix installs are now packaged with Install Anywhere.
