JR46525 Job Sequence fails at 9.1 that worked in previous versions

The generated code for the job sequence 'start of loop' was recently modified to fix JR42660 and this
change was included in 9.1. Unfortunately this change introduced a regression resulting in certain job 
sequences failing at runtime. After reviewing the change a slight modification to the code generation 
provides a solution to both the original problem and the regression caused by that fix.

After installing the fix pack all job sequences which use loop activities should be re-compiled.
