JR40568 MCM enhanced to exclude EXGRID.DLL from the switching model to 
prevent issues with other applications

A known problem exists with 3rd party products which have a dependency on 
newer versions of the ExGrid.dll 
than that required by DataStage. This problem can be circumvented as follows:

1) Register the newer version from the 3rd party product
2) Create an empty file called dsdesign.exe.local in the Clients/Classic folder.
3) If the clients are installed on Windows Vista or Windows 2008 and later then 
make the following registry change:

in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
