JR39875 Change the InfoSrvEngine script to cleanup the Agent.pid and 
LoggingAgent.pid files

Please note that this fix pack will lay down updated copies of the sample 
High Availability scripts.

Ensure that you have taken backups of these scripts if they have been customised.
this is the recommended practice for all user modifiable files supplied with the product.
