WITH FIELD PROCEDURE

Error Description

Using RPG with OPNQRYF and Field Procedure may not find a match
correctly                                                      

Problem Summary

Using RPG with OPNQRYF and Field Procedure may not find a match
correctly.                                                      

Problem Conclusion

The SQE support for native key positioning operations has been  
changed to correctly Encode or Decode the user specified key    
values to match the encoded/decoded values in the index used for
positioning.
