Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) changes

In 7.2, the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) server is enforcing stricter compliance to the SNMP version 3 (SNMPv3) protocol. The SNMP server will not start if the SNMP attributes have been configured to allow SNMPv3 and a non-RFC compliant SNMP Engine ID is specified by the SNMP attributes. The QTMSNMP job will log message TCP403B (Local SNMP engine ID not valid. Reason code &1.) and then end. If SNMPv3 is not enabled the messageTCP403B will still be logged, however, the QTMSNMP job will not end. To set a valid SNMPv3 Engine ID, run the following command: CHGSNMPA SNMPENGID(*SYSGEN)
