Restore APAR Data (RSTAPARDTA)

The Restore APAR Data (RSTAPARDTA) command updates a problem log entry with the specified Authorized Problem Analysis Report (APAR) library name. This is the problem log entry saved with the APAR data on the service requester and is associated with the APAR library. If the problem log entry does not exist, one is created on the service provider. All spooled files saved using the Save APAR Data (SAVAPARDTA) command are re-spooled on the service provider when RSTAPARDTA is run.

Specifies the library where to restore the APAR data. This library must contain the data from a specific APAR.

Examples

RSTAPARDTA   FRMAPARLIB(MYAPARLIB)

This command restores on the service provider the APAR data in library MYAPARLIB.
