Navigating to the BRMS plug-in

There are different ways to navigate to the BRMS plug-in, depending on which graphical user interface you use.

To help you navigate to the BRMS plug-in, the following steps have been provided.

Using System i Navigator

  1. Expand My Connections (or your active environment).
  2. Expand the system you plan to work with.
  3. Expand Backup, Recovery, and Media Services.

Using IBM Navigator for i

  1. Expand IBM i Management.
  2. Select Backup, Recovery, and Media Services.
Note: A simplified panel may show first when completing step 2. To see all of the Backup, Recovery and Media tasks, select Advanced from the panel.
