Delete List (Q1ADLTLST) API

This API will allow a way to programmatically delete a BRMS list. If the list is currently active in a control group, the delete will fail.

Required Parameter Group:

1 List name Input Char(10)
2 List type Input Char(10)
3 Error code I/O Char(*)
