xdr_int()--Translate between Integers and Their XDR

The xdr_int() function is a filter primitive that translates between C-language integers and their external representation.

Parameters

xdrs (Input): A pointer to the External Data Representation (XDR) stream handle.
ip (I/O): The address of the integer.

TRUE (1)	Successful
FALSE (0)	Unsuccessful
