krb5_get_default_realm()--Get Default Realm

Syntax

 krb5_error_code krb5_get_default_realm(

The krb5_get_default_realm() function returns the default realm for the local system. The default realm is set by the krb5_set_default_realm() routine. If the default realm has not been set, it is obtained from the default_realm entry in the [libdefaults] section of the Kerberos configuration file.

Authorities

No authorities are required.

Parameters

context (Input): The Kerberos context.
realm (Output): The realm name. The krb5_free_string() routine should be called to free the string when it is no longer needed.

Return Value

If no errors occur, the return value is 0. Otherwise, a Kerberos error code is returned.
