The Retrieve Number of Columns to Shift Scroller (QsnRtvSclNumShf) API returns the default number of columns to shift the scroller by for the Shift Scroller Left (QsnShfSclL) and Shift Scroller Right (QsnShfSclR) APIs. The default number of columns is specified on the session description. See Create a Session (QsnCrtSsn) API and Change Session (QsnChgSsn) API for details.
