If a problem occurs when the system attempts to send a problem or service information to the registered listener, there are many possible reasons why the transmission may not have been successful. Serviceable Event Provider is dependent on functions of the operating system to be performing correctly. This includes managing the Serviceable Event Provider daemon and system connectivity.
