The second page of the Survey application (Survey_Page2) illustrates the use of a list box in conjunction with OMR fields. The list box allows for the selection of multiple options.
The Taskmaster DotEdit runtime view and the DCO for field 8 are shown below.

Because the definition for field 8 includes a RecogType variable and a MultiPunch variable, the Taskmaster DotEdit test container uses a list box as the recognition/data entry control.
Field 8 includes nine OMR sub fields (one for each of the response checkboxes) and a dictionary (Dict) field. The sub fields and the associated dictionary are also defined in the DCO.

Each OMR subfield defines the position of the corresponding checkbox and the rules to apply during recognition. For information about assigning rules to fields, please refer to the IBM® Datacap Taskmaster Capture Application Development Guide.
The dictionary defines the selections that are displayed in the list box. For information about defining dictionaries, please refer to the IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture Application Development Guide.
