Additional uses for the Interceptor tool sample
In addition to using the Interceptor tool during the upgrade process or to pause the system when revising an algorithm, you might find it helpful to use the Interceptor tool to do maintenance that can be repeated from one operational server to another.
Within a multi-server configuration, you can use the Recorder as you step through a maintenance process for one operational server, and then use Replayer to execute the process identically for other operational servers.
Note: You might find it easier to use the Replayer targets of the
madconfig command-line utility (rather than using the Replayer API).
Choosing to use the madconfig utility Replayer targets or the Replayer
API depends on whether you need to manipulate the recorded interactions
before replaying them.
