Viewing the Global Data Synchronization log files

You can view log files from the Administration Console of Global Data Synchronization.

Procedure

View the log files. Use one of the following methods to view the log files: user interface or text editor.
Option Description
User interface
  1. From the menu bar, select Administration > View Log Files.
  2. Click one of the log files to view. The file opens for viewing. You cannot edit the displayed file from the Administration Console.
Text editor
  1. Navigate to the $TOP/logs directory for log4j formatted log files.
  2. Open the appropriate file directory to locate the log file that you want to view.
  3. Use any text editor to open and view your log files.
