You can use the imports script operations in your scriptlets to
manipulate and work with imports.
createExport script operation
Creates the Export with given parameters.
An optional parameter "charsetName", which may be set in the "optionalArgs"
parameter, describes the file encoding of the export. Otherwise, the Cp1252
is chosen as the default file encoding.
createImport script operation
Creates the Feed with given parameters.
An optional argument "sCharsetName", which may be defined in the optionalArgs
HashMap, describes the file encoding of the feed. Otherwise, Cp1252 is chosen
as the default file encoding. Also, optional parameters to describe if the
current container is a collaboration area, and the step path of the workflow
step in to which the feed is to be done, could be specified.
disableBatchProcessingForItems script operation
Sets up the import to not process items in bulk. This used to be achieved in earlier releases by setting up an import on a catalog different from the one the user wanted to import into.
startAggregationByName script operation
Run the feed called sName on
the file sDocPath. If this script operation is invoked within a database
transaction, the script operation will no longer commit that transaction
during its execution. It will also throw an exception if a database
problem occurs, where previously it might not have done so. This is
to ensure that a rollback can be carried out safely by the caller.
If you were relying on this script operation's transactional
effects you will need to adjust your script. See the product documentation
for more information about transactions and scripts.
