Modify preferences and properties

Setting project properties
When a file is saved, the script files are checked for errors. The selection of error conditions that are detected by the script editor is configurable with the project properties.

Setting script workbench preferences
You can modify the preferences of the script editor, for example, customizing the color of script language elements.

Enabling task tags
You can flag tasks that need to be completed by using a scanner to identify the task markers. When the scanner finds a task marker, the task is flagged in the left-margin of the editor pane and it also appears in the Tasks view on the script workbench for IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Collaboration Server.

Setting file associations
You can specify which file extensions you are using with your scripts. To ensure that your script editor is working with the same file suffixes, you can choose the file association preferences.
