User interface panels

IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management Collaboration Server uses a modular design that aligns the user interface with your job role. The four modules, Product Manager, Collaboration Manager, Data Model Manager, and System Administrator, provide information that is specific to three primary job roles, including content management, business process analysis, and system administration.

The main menu for the InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server user interface consists of a Home menu, menus for the four role-based modules, and a Window menu. From each module menu, you access various consoles that provide direct access to operations that you commonly perform based on your job role.

Note: When you create an InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server object on any of the User interface panels, do not use special characters. For more information, see Limitations for special character strings.
