Adaptive Services Interface: Consuming delimited data

This sample demonstrates the ability of the InfoSphere® MDM physical hub to consume delimited text (DFDL) requests through the Adaptive Services Interface (ASI).

This sample was created for an initial load scenario with the assumption that the incoming data file contains unique party data.

The mapping projects in this sample are MDMDFDLMappingSample and MDMDFDLMappingSampleCba. These projects are located in the mdmsamples folder.

During the initial data load and subsequent delta loads, you can use delimited data files (DFDL) to import the data into InfoSphere MDM. Use the ASI feature and the MDM Workbench to perform this type of data load.

This sample uses the addPerson transaction. To modify this sample to use a different transaction:
  1. Create a new mapping project.
  2. Perform the required mapping within the new project.
  3. Compile and deploy the project.
