Watson search prerequisites

These prerequisites must be completed before you use Watson search.

  1. Install IBM® InfoSphere® MDM Collaborative Edition.
  2. Install IBM WebSphere® MQ Series v. 7.5. See Configuring a Queue with WebSphere MQ or Configuring with the command line.
  3. Install IBM Data Explorer 9.0. See Installing IBM Data Explorer.
  4. Load the catalogs from your MDM Collaborative Edition instance database into the Data Explorer BigIndex database. See Exporting the InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server catalog data into a Data Explorer database.
