WebSphere Commerce

Advanced Catalog Management for WebSphere® Commerce is a solution asset from InfoSphere® MDM Collaboration Server. This solution is a prebuilt configuration of InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server, ready for use by WebSphere Commerce users.

The intent of the solution is to provide a richer set of catalog management functions to complement those functions currently available in WebSphere Commerce, for example workflows to approve New Product Introduction.

Advanced Catalog Management for WebSphere Commerce is an accelerated solution with an out-of-the-box data model, business process workflows, and integration components tailored for WebSphere Commerce. It includes advanced capabilities for managing eCommerce catalogs supported by WebSphere Commerce.

The integration of the asset with the corresponding WebSphere Commerce instance uses the native WebSphere Commerce data load functionality which is based on batch loads of data files.
