System requirements for InfoSphere Replication Server Version 9.7

Before you install InfoSphere® Replication Server, ensure that the system you choose meets the necessary operating system, hardware, software, and communications requirements.

The system requirements are listed in Table 1. Also note these considerations:

Q Replication requires WebSphere® MQ V6.0 64-bit client or server or WebSphere MQ V7.0 client or server. A restricted use license of WebSphere MQ V7.0 is included with InfoSphere Replication Server.
Two-site Q Replication is provided at no additional cost in DB2® Advanced Enterprise Server Edition and InfoSphere Warehouse starting with Version 9.7.2.1. Q Replication can also be acquired through the IBM® Homogeneous Replication Feature for DB2 Enterprise Server Edition.
