Some selected files are hidden. Change View option to see all.
You have selected all files in a directory or in all subdirectories. Due to the current View option, only certain types of files are shown (either migrated, resident, or premigrated files).
TSM proceeds normally.
If you want to see all selected files, change the View option from the View menu bar option.
