Retry the operation, then check the error log for more information. Windows Only: Please run chkdsk /r and retry the operation. If the problem persists, a possible workaround is to back up the entire drive using a regular (non-image) backup. Please ensure that all your data is backed up. Then format the drive using a full format (without the /q quick format option). Then restore the data and retry the image backup operation.
