Possible reasons for this error include:
- The specified registry key cannot be opened for reading
- The entry under this key has incorrect data

Processing continues without the full list of
operating system include/exclude statements.
User response
Ensure that you have access to the specified
registry key and that entries are a MULTISZ values that contain:
- Individual files
- Directories
- Wild card entries
- Environment variables
- /s switch (the /s switch is used on directory and/or wild card
entries and signifies that all subdirectories of this directory should
be excluded)
