ProbeWatch messages
During normal operations, the probe generates ProbeWatch messages and sends them to the ObjectServer. These messages tell the ObjectServer how the probe is running.

The probe is starting an asynchronous resynchronization. |
The probe has started receiving alarms from the alarm list. |
END ASYNCHRONOUS RESYNCH |
The probe has completed an asynchronous resynchronization. |
This probe has received the alarms from the alarm list. |
