Running the probe in Console Mode
The way in which you run the probe depends on whether you are running the probe on a UNIX or Linux operating system, or on a Windows operating system.
If you are running the probe on a UNIX or a Linux operating system, start it using the following command:
$OMNIHOME/probes/nco_p_probename
Where nco_p_probename is the probe executable as listed in
the Summary table of the probe's reference guide.
If you are running the probe on a Windows operating system, start it using the following command:
%OMNIHOME%\probes\win32\nco_p_probename
Where nco_p_probename is the probe executable as listed in
the Summary table of the probe's reference guide.
Note: Because of a known issue, Windows probes can only be started from the
%OMNIHOME%\probes\win32 directory.
