Binds IBM® DB2® databases with the DataDirect
drivers used by Rational® ClearQuest®.
You must run this command once for each physical DB2 database before Rational ClearQuest clients
connect to the database. You should also run this command if you are
upgrading an existing user database to a version of Rational ClearQuest that
includes an updated version of the DataDirect driver.
bkt_tool
Exports, imports, updates, and deletes the contents of
a Public Queries folder in a Rational ClearQuest user database.
bkt_tool delete
Saves the workspace contents of the Public Queries folder
in a Rational ClearQuest user database and then deletes the workspace
from the database.
bkt_tool export
Exports all the workspace objects in the Public folders
of a Rational ClearQuest database into one or more files. This allows
the workspace objects to be reused.
bkt_tool import
Imports all the workspace objects from the Public Queries
folders of another Rational ClearQuest user database into the current
database.
bkt_tool update
Updates the workspace contents of a Rational ClearQuest
user database.
clm_server_rename.pl
This tool updates Jazz Team Server public URI artifact
links for the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management
(CLM). Specifically, the tool updates the URIs that are stored in
IBM Rational ClearQuest Web server configuration files. The tool also
updates the URIs that are stored in OSLCLink records in the ClearQuest
user database.
codepageutil analyze_tables
Counts and identifies all the characters in a schema repository
that are not in a specified code page.
codepageutil test_codepage
Determines whether the database can handle all of the characters
in a specified character set.
cpheader
Adds and removes data code page header information to and
from exported workspace items (queries, charts, reports, report formats)
and form files created by using the original Rational ClearQuest Designer.
cqload
Copies an entire Rational ClearQuest schema into a schema
repository, or copies a partial schema into another schema.
cqload exportintegration
Export schema revisions to create a partial schema file

cqtsadmin.pl
cqtsadmin.pl automates the steps to set up, configure,
and administer IBM Rational ClearQuest full-text search.
cqtsadmin-dbset-userdb.xml cqtsadmin-dbset-userdb.xml is
a full-text search administrator configuration file that the cqtsadmin.pl Perl
script generates and uses. The file contains data about your deployment,
which you can further customize.
findrecordlocks.pl
Use the findrecordlocks.pl Perl script from the command
line to find record locks and set timeout locks.
FIPSreport.pl
Use the FIPSreport.pl Perl script from the command
line to audit the configuration of a ClearQuest database
at feature level 7 to report users who are not using FIPS 140-2 approved
algorithms.
importutil
Imports or exports a dynamic list from text files.
installutil
Configures or modifies databases. Although you can use installutil with
a variety of subcommands, the syntax that is described in this reference
page is specific to subcommands used to configure LDAP user authentication.
The installutil command line utility is available on Windows only.

controls whether IBM Rational ClearQuest supports both Rational ClearQuest and
LDAP authentication or only Rational ClearQuest authentication
for the specified database set.
installutil setcqldapmap
The installutil setcqldapmap subcommand identifies
the Rational ClearQuest user
profile field and the LDAP user attribute that Rational ClearQuest uses
to map a user account in the database set to a user account in the
LDAP directory.
installutil setdbcodepage
Sets the value of the Rational ClearQuest data
code page to a supported Windows code
page.

Use the setldapinit subcommand to set the parameter
string that is required to connect a Rational ClearQuest database
set to the LDAP directory used for authentication.
