The Rational® ClearQuest® API is implemented
as a COM library (cqole.dll) for VBScript and Visual Basic, and as
a Perl package (CQPerlExt). You can write hook scripts in VBScript
or Perl. The API documentation presents both of these collections
of interfaces.
