The ChartMgr object provides an interface for creating
charts.
Note: The ChartMgr object is for Windows only.
You can use this object to write external applications
to execute charts defined in the Rational® ClearQuest® workspace.
You can also modify the properties of this object to set the attributes
of the chart.
- Verify that the Workspace object is associated
with a Session object.
- Call the GetChartMgr method
of the Workspace Object.
- Execute a query by calling the ResultSet object's Execute method.
- Specify the data to use for the chart by calling
the SetResultSet method
and specifying a ResultSet object containing the data your query generated.
- Specify the chart to use in creating the image
and generate the image.
Note: To generate a JPEG image, call the
MakeJPEG method.
To generate a Portable Network Graphics (PNG) image, call the
MakePNG method.
