Removing multiple Java plug-ins from a client workstation

If you have more than one Java plug-in installed on a client workstation then you may encounter problems running the Java of the Host On-Demand client.

Follow these steps to restore the client workstation to having only one Java plug-in:

  1. Uninstall all the Java plug-ins.
  2. Install the Java plug-in that you want to use to run the Host On-Demand client.
