Monitoring solutions
You can monitor your solutions in SmartCloud Analytics Embedded and see how they behave as a result of an event arriving in the server.
- Monitoring agent activity
Use the AgentStatsMXBean API to monitor the activity of agents and events in the solution. The AgentStatsMXBean API retrieves information about the agents that are active in the solution, the number of events that are processed by the agents, and the time that elapsed during event processing. - Monitoring inbound connectivity activity
Use the InboundEndpointMonitorMXBean API to monitor connectivity activity in a solution. The InboundEndpointMonitorMXBean API retrieves information about solution connectivity that you can use to assess the performance of your inbound endpoints. - Searching SmartCloud Analytics logs
You can use SmartCloud Analytics Embedded to search for your solution, and filter your queries by using Lucene's query syntax and strings. You must first configure your solution to all of the SmartCloud Analytics members in your server topology. The SmartCloud Analytics log consolidates all of the indexes from all of the members. - Adding alerts in SmartCloud Analytics
Alerts are used to notify someone or something when a condition is met. An alert condition is specified as a Lucene query in the definition of the alert.
