Rule instance access cannot be migrated in this scope
Explanation
In the rule engine, the rule instance variable was accessible from any scope, including in a function body or in a task body. This is no longer the case. If the rule instance has to be accessed from outside a rule action part, then it must be declared as a parameter of a function.
