The -s flag can only be used when a parameter file name is
provided using the -F flag.
Explanation
The -s parameter specifies the
amount of time to delay between requests to the server. The -s parameter
is not applicable when only one request is sent to the server. All
ARSDOC parameters are explained in the Administration Guide.
