Explanation
ARSADMIN failed when attempting to read the input
file. This message is usually the result of an invalid delimiter in
the input file. The column delimiters are the vertical bar (|) character
by default. You can specify a different delimiter on the command line
with the -y parameter.

and resubmit the command.
